Baked Potatoes Are Great But… Why Not Bake Them Twice & Load Them Up With This?

  • Large unpeeled Idaho or russet baking potatoes (8 to 10 oz each)
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup butter
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives

The Simple Step By Step Directions To Follow:

  1. Heat oven to 375°F.
  2. Bake until potatoes are tender when pierced in center with a fork.
