Ingredients To Gather:
- 3 cups Your Favorite BBQ Sauce
- 1/2 cup Peach Preserves
- 1 clove Garlic
- Hot Sauce, Optional
- 12 whole Chicken Thighs, Bone-in, Skin-on
- Olive Oil For Brushing
- First combine your BBQ sauce, peach preserves, garlic and hot sauce and heat over medium heat for 5-10 minutes, until hot, then place to the side.
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Put some olive oil on 2 rimmed baking sheets and and place chicken skin side down in pans. Roast for 25 minutes then remove from oven for a brief period. Brush sauce all over the chicken, be careful not to tear the skin.
- Return to the oven for 7 minutes then remove, brush on more sauce then return to the oven for another 7 minutes. Repeat once more then increase temperature to 425.
- Continue to roast for 5-7 more minutes or until sauce is brown.
Remove and let sit for 10 minutes. Time to eat!
