Beef Stroganoff Just Got Even Easier: All You Need Is One Pot & A Few Ingredients & You’re Done!

This irresistible beef stroganoff makes four to six servings but you can always double the ingredients if you want left overs to enjoy again. You can use any pasta that you like for this recipe.

The Ingredients To Gather:

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 oz cremini mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 lb lean beef
  • 3 tbsp  flour
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ¼ cup dry white wine
  • 4 cups  beef broth or stock
  • salt and  black pepper to taste
  • 8 oz dried pasta
  • ¾ cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp parsley

The Step By Step Directions To Follow:

  1. Heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add  mushrooms, season salt,  pepper, cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Transfer to bowl, set aside.
  4. Reduce  heat to medium add  butter.
  5. When the butter has melted, add  onion, garlic, season with salt, pepper.
  6. Cook, stirring occasionally, until softened, about 4 – 5 minutes.
  7. Add  beef, season with salt, pepper. Cook beef stirring occasionally,  about 6 – 8 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle in  flour,  paprika.
  9. Stir to coat  meat, cook, stirring occasionally, until the raw flavor has cooked off the flour.
  10. Add  wine,  cook, stirring occasionally  until almost evaporated,  1- 2 minutes.
  11. Add  broth,  stir to combine.
  12. Increase  heat to medium high, bring to simmer.
  13. Add noodles, reserved mushrooms, stir to combine.
  14. Reduce heat to medium low, simmer, stirring occasionally, 6 – 8 minutes.
  15. Remove from  heat,  stir in  sour cream. Sprinkle with the parsley.
