Beef Tenderloin Is Expensive: Why Risk Ruining It When All You Have To Do Is Follow This Recipe?

This amazing beef tenderloin makes enough for about eight servings but if you need more for a party, you can always double the ingredients. Remember to trim off the  cartilage so that your meat won't end being really tough. It takes about twenty-five minutes to prepare and another twenty-five minutes to cook but it will smell so good you won't want to wait to try that first incredible bite!

The Ingredients To Gather:

  • 1 Beef Tenderloin
  • 4 Tablespoons Salted Butter
  • 1/3 cup Whole Peppercorns
  • Lawry's Seasoned Salt (Or Your Favorite Salt Blend)
  • Lemon Pepper Seasoning
  • Olive Oil
The Step By Step Directions To Follow:
  1. Preheat oven to 475 degrees.
  2. Rinse meat  Trim away some of the fat to remove the silvery cartilage underneath. begin taking the fat off the top, revealing  silver cartilage underneath.
  3. Sprinkle meat generously with Lawry’s. Rub it in with your fingers. Sprinkle both sides generously with lemon & pepper seasoning.
  4. Place peppercorns in  bag, begin smashing the peppercorns to break them up. Set aside.
  5. Heat some olive oil. Place tenderloin in  very hot pan to sear it.
  6. Throw a couple of tablespoons of butter. A minute or two later, when one side is starting to turn nice and brown, flip and repeat.
  7. Place tenderloin on an oven pan with a rack.
  8. Sprinkle peppercorns all over meat. Press  pepper onto  surface of meat. Put several tablespoons of butter all over meat.
  9. Stick  long needle of  thermometer lengthwise into  meat. Place it in oven until temperature reaches just under 140 degrees, fifteen to twenty minutes.
  10. Let meat stand ten minutes.

    That is a picture of a Pork Tenderloin not BEEF?
