Check Out The Secret Ingredient That You Should Have Been Adding To Your Pasta Sauce All These Years

I Would Have Never Of Thought To Add This To My Pasta Sauce… But I am sure Glad I Did ~ Damn What A Difference!

Can You Believe How Easy This Pasta Sauce Was To Make. And All Of The Ingredients Were Super Fresh!

I admit, I usually purchase a jar of pasta sauce whenever I am making something that calls for pasta sauce. And usually, I try and doctor it up to hide the taste that's always lingering in a preservative packed jar. I can't quite explain that flavor, but somehow everyone can always identify when it's store bought. Then I cam across this recipe and I was blown away by how easy pasta sauce can be to make, with the right ingredients. After making this sauce, you seriously will never want to buy sauce in a jar again. Half the time is spent trying to hide that fact anyways. Instead, redirect your efforts from the very beginning and be delighted with your finished product.

There is nothing crazy that you need to know to execute this recipe. The skills needed a pretty basic. So what are you waiting you?! Who knows, you might even be inspired to start making pasta from scratch. But hey, one step at a time right?

Some say cinnamon is the secret ingredient. NOT for me! It ruins the sauce for me!

Wine sweetens the sauce. Slow cooking gets rid of acidity.

Fry anchovies with the garlic to start the sauce. It takes the place of salt and you never taste the anchovies.

The only extra ingredient I noticed was the chicken bouillon granules. I was wondering why it wasn’t beef bouillion. I’ve never added bouillon to my spaghetti sauce. A splash or two of wine is always good. 😉

I used to put cocoa in my pumpernickel rye till I found out someone at my church is allergic to chocolate. He has to ask at restaurants to make sure there is no chocolate or cocoa in the chili or other dishes.
