We Had No Idea These Flavors Even Existed!
While most of us know that many of our favorite snack foods and other groceries are sold all across the world and not just here in the U.S., many of us have no idea that the versions sold internationally are very, very different from what we see on the shelves at our corner grocery store.
Instead, food manufacturers must adapt their products to the sometimes very different tastes that are the norm in other countries. And often, what's standard fare in another country is quite different from what's popular in the U.S. and may even seem gross to us!
That's why we were so intrigued by this list of the international versions of some of our favorite American snack foods. Some of them sound a little odd, and not really to our liking, but we'd still try them if given the chance. Others sound downright delicious, and we hope the manufacturers introduce the foreign versions here in the U.S. some time soon!
