This buffalo wings recipe makes enough for about two servings but you can double or triple the ingredients if you want to make them for a party or just have a lot left over to enjoy later.

After the chicken is done frying, it is a good idea to place it on a paper towel to soak up some of the excess grease. This copycat version of Chili's buffalo wings is sure to make your mouth water long before they are even ready to eat.

The Ingredients To Gather:

  • 1 C. all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 1 egg
  • 1 C. 1% milk
  • 2 chicken breast fillets
  • 5 C. vegetable oil
  • 1/4 C. hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Margarine

The Step By Step Directions To Follow:

1. Combine the flour, salt, peppers and paprika set aside.
2. Whisk together the egg and milk.
3. Preheat 5 cups of vegetable oil in a deep fryer at 375 degrees.
4. Dip each piece of chicken into your egg mixture and then into the breading blend.
5. As your chicken is frying you can start combining the hot sauce and margarine into another separate mixing bowl.
6. When your chicken is done frying put the chicken on a plate lined paper towel to help soak up some of the grease.
7. Once some of the grease has been soaked up place your chicken into a plastic container and then add your sauce.
