We may be through Winter time, but we are still having some rather frigid weather outside. I have spent the day sadly looking outside at the rain pouring down while I am inside next to a cozy fire. One of my favorite things to make for my family when it is cold out is soup, which is usually chicken noodle soup! Sometimes chicken noodle can get a little boring and I wanted to try something new, thus the chicken noodle casserole! I was so happy I stumbled upon this little gem of a recipe. I am all about simple and delicious food and this fits my idea of a cozy evenings dinner.
It is also a great stand-by for those nights when a family member is feeling a bit under the weather. For some reason chicken noodle always makes you feel better and sounds appetizing. Even during the worst colds I can still get my Husband to eat a few bowls!
