Copy Cat Recipe For: Old El Paso Taco Queso Dip. This Stuff Never Lasts Long Once It’s Out Of The Oven

You are going to love all the different things you can pour this on top of. May it be a burger or some chips; you can't go wrong with this thick, rich dip.

Let's Get Started…

Things You Will Need:

  • 1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
  • 1 package (1 oz) Old El Paso™ taco seasoning mix
  • 1 package (8 oz) plus 1/2 package (4 oz) cream cheese, cut into 2-inch cubes
  • 1 1/2cups Old El Paso™ Thick ‘n Chunky salsa (any variety)
  • 2 cans (4.5 oz each) Old El Paso™ chopped green chiles
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (8 oz)
 How To Prepare:
  1. Start by grabbing your handy dandy skillet. Cook your beef, drain fat, add taco season.
  2. In a separate sauce pan, combine your cream cheese along with your salsa and cook over medium heat, allowing your cheese to melt and your salsa to get well incorporated.
  3. Mix in your chiles, cheese, and beef to the cheese mix. Make sure you keep stirring and that all of your ingredients are well incorporated. You don't want any lumps and chunks of extra ingredients in one place. Serve immediately.

Finished!
