Cottage Potato Hash with Kielbasa, Peppers & Mushrooms

This Kielbasa, Pepper & Potato Hash Is Hella Easy To Make & It Only Takes One Skillet! Here Is What Is Needed…

There's no getting around it: we're all pretty busy people. A nice, healthy dinner may be important, but most nights it's just not possible to spend the time it takes to create the masterpieces you wish you could.

But there are some quick and easy meals that are not only visually appealing but healthy and filling as well. This potato hash dish takes less than a half hour to prepare from start to finish, and will most likely take even less time to devour!

One of the best parts about cooking up a hash-type meal is since everything gets thrown into one pan, cleanup is almost effortless!

If you never had Kielbasa before then you are in for a treat! This is a type of Polish Sausage that is highly seasoned & really delicious. Kielbasa, Potato Hash, Peppers, and Mushrooms can be served for breakfast or it can be served for dinner. 

Once you have it you will fall in love! This stuff is excellent!

    I am going try this recipe instead of using kielbasa sausage I am going to use slice hot dogs with potatoes green peppers and sliced fresh mushroom and onions.

    We put cauliflower, cabbage, potatoes and kielbasa with salt and pepper and olive oil and rosemary put foil on it and the last 20 minutes take foil off and let it brown.
