Covered In Sugar & Dipped In A Vanilla Coconut Sauce – This Is How You Serve Crispy Apple Fries!

This recipe uses Granny Smith Apples but you can use any kind of apples that you want. They take twenty-five minutes to prepare and three minutes to cook so you can be enjoying eating your fruit in no time at all!

The Ingredients To Gather:

  • 3-4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 2 apples
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

The Step By Step Directions To Follow:

1.Peel, core, cut apples into wedges

2.Take apples, toss them in cornstarch, making sure is even layer over apples.

3.Heat oil over high heat. Make sure oil is hot enough by testing piece of apple, seeing if it fries.

4.Place pieces of apple in oil, fry pieces for 3 minutes each.

5.Take them out of oil, place on a paper towel, drain.

6. Mix sugar, cinnamon,toss with apple fries

7. Mix whipped coconut milk, vanilla extract. serve with fries,Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on sauce.
