Crispy Baked Cheddar Dijon Chicken Tenders

This delicious chicken tenders recipe makes enough for about four servings but you can always double or triple the ingredients if you want more for a lunch or dinner the following day. If you want to try a different coating besides cheddar crackers, you can also use pretzels or any other flavor cracker that you love. This takes about ten minutes to prepare and twenty minutes to cook so you won't have to wait very long to enjoy these wonderful chicken tenders!

The Ingredients To Gather:

  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon grainy dijon mustard (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon white miso paste (optional)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 pound chicken
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese crackers

The Step By Step Directions To Follow: 

  1. Mix honey, mustards, oil, lemon juice, miso and garlic, season with salt, pepper, divide in half.
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper, dredge in flour, dip in half of the dressing, press into the cheddar cheese crackers crumbs, place on a wire cooling rack on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake in a preheated 400F oven until cooked and golden brown, 15-25 minutes.
