This recipe uses basic seasonings like salt and pepper but feel free to add any of your favorite seasonings and spices to truly make it your own. It takes about thirty-five to forty-five minutes to roast in the oven.

  • Rimmed Jelly Roll Pan
  • Nonstick Foil
  • Corn Holders

The Ingredients To Gather:

  • corn on the cob
  • salt/pepper
  • butter

The Step By Step Directions To Follow:

  • Preheat oven to 400.
  • Season your cobs of corn with kosher salt and pepper.
  • Add a pat of butter to the tops and roast on a jellyroll pan for 35-45 minutes, or until starting to brown.
  • Turn the corn occasionally.
  • Top off with a drop more butter fresh out of the oven.

    What do you do with the non-stick foil? Wrap the pan or wrap the cobs?
