I can do this one. Yeah. The scrambled egg dish is for me with my egg beaters,
I got the dishes mixed up with another one. I cannot have this one.
Tried last night. Ok but will only make red sauce enchiladas from now on.

How much chicken all it says is 2 cups chicken broth
“They” meant to say “Chicken Broth”, not just “Chicken”
I made this it was delicious
I make it all the time it’s great and easy
I just made this 2 days ago…AWESOME!!!!! Can’t wait to make it again.
So just add them in!!!
These are NOT enchiladas! Where is the chile? Enchiladas means “made with chile”.
Richard Hill, seen these and thought bout yaw trying them….looks delish!

Already Don’t Like them, They have olives.
I make a sauce similar to this to put over Cheese with Corn Tortillas. I use sour cream, jalapeños, green chili sauce, cumin, salt. Warm Tortillas, fill with cheese, hot pepper jack. Fold over three on a plate and top with sour cream mixture. Sprinkle with hot pepper jack, cheddar, and scallions. This is to die for. Invented in my kitchen by Yours Truly… Enjoy…
P.S. Bake in oven 400′ till bubbly…
looks good
Don’t put the olives in. Problem solved.
Why do I not see the link to this recipe??
Sounds very similar to the chicken enchiladas served at Rosa’s Cafe in Texas…my very favorite enchilada and the sauce is incredible. Will try next time to see (:

I’ve made these a couple of times . They are very good. Every one that has had them loved them.
I add a can of salsa verde to the sauce
It’s fabulous
In the picture it looks like there are olives, but I don’t see them listed
this recipe is so good. Have made it several times.
Looks good
obviously they left things out of the ingredients…….anybody can see those are black olives and they weren’t even mentioned in ingredients………
no kidding
Dinner Time !!!!
These are delicious, and so easy to make
Love the cheese!
Made these and didn’t care for the cheese
Yummy
who the hell wrote this. this sauce is so basic, a grade schooler could make it——–why make it sound so special
Why do American versions of Enchiladas have to be smothered in so much cheese. EAT DEEP DISH PIZZA and leave great Mexican dishes alone.
Yum
