If you go by the picture it looks like some ingredients were left out, such as scallions and black olives. I make something similar but also add cilantro and Complete Seasoning plus I make it with imitation crab meat or lump crab meat if you want to spend the money.

Flour tortillas are not used in enchiladas in a mexican dish! You want to call anything rolled up an enchilada.
