i have had this recipe for about 20 yrs, and they are very wonderful. my family loved them, i see olives which i never used but onions and like the recipe says, i used corn tortillas, but think be great with flour ones. all should try this if you like enchalada’s

Starting to like all the different enchilada recipes out there,,, I one I have family got from a PR friend Wow 59 years ago… mom always used it I have have always swore by it. Made in cast iron skittle on top of stove then i started baking in oven. No fail recipe.
I dont understand this line…….Let’s not forget about the special sour cream that adds a little hotness into the cheesy taste WHY would Sour cream add hotness????? I dont see any green onion or black olives listed in the ingredients, but see in the pic…. BTW—Real Enchiladas are always made with Corn tortillas…

FYI——Enchiladas are made with Corn Tortillas, anything in a flour tortilla is called a burrito, if covered with any sauce than they are called a burrito enchilada style…. REMEMBER—–Flour=Burrito, Corn= Tacos or enchilada
