Cantaloupe is a delicious fruit that many of us like to eat for breakfast or for a healthy snack. However, we never think about how good the seeds could be too. Once you try roasted cantaloupe seeds you will be shocked by how incredible they taste.

The Step By Step Directions To Follow:

  1. Cut  ripe cantaloupe in half, grab a big spoon, scoop seeds out into bowl.
  2. Break loose as many of the seeds as you can.
  3. Run your seeds under water to remove as much of the fruit as possible.
  4. Coat  seeds in olive oil and salt to your liking.
  5. Spread  out on  baking sheet lined with tinfoil,  bake for 20 – 40 minutes at 325°F.Enjoy!
