Everyone Has Been Begging Us For This 6 Ingredient Meatloaf Recipe For A Good Reason

This recipe is an absolute classic, and fabulous as it is, but the best part of it is that you can make it your own by adding ingredients to your taste. Try adding cubed cheddar for cheese lovers or a few cloves of chopped garlic and thyme for spice lovers. You can even add a bit of cayenne to the ketchup to really bump up the flavor.

Let’s Get Started:

Ingredients To Gather:

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 cup bread
  • ¼ cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • ¼ cup ketchup

Step By Step Directions To Follow:

  1. Set oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix all of the meatloaf ingredients well in a large bowl, adding bread crumbs until the loaf is the right consistency.
  3. Bake for 40 minutes.
  4. Pull loaf from oven adding ketchup topping, then back for another 15 or 20 minutes.

If you want to change it up a little bit add gum ball size chunks of Velveeta cheese in the meatloaf., mix it in with all your other ingredients And then 15 minutes before it’s done add strips of the cheese on top of meatloaf and let it melt.. really delicious
