U.S. swimmer Katie Ledecky appeared on the The Ellen Show with Ellen DeGeneres. Ledecky faced off in “Foot Flickers” game with American Ninja Warrior Grant McCartney.
DeGeneres told the contestants that the winner would walk away with this brand-new waffle maker. “Well, I'm competing NCAA, so I can't really accept things,” Ledecky said.
Ledecky went on to beat McCartney in the game. Thanks to the NCAA's ridiculous inconsistencies about “amateurism,” Ledecky can't accept DeGeneres' waffle maker.
