
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day! It gives you energy to tackle the day ahead of you.
This is where I run in to trouble, I am just not a breakfast person. Typically my alarm goes off and I am searching for that glorious snooze button, multiple times. So sleep wins out on breakfast, but then by 10:00 a.m. I am hangry (angry due to extreme hunger). Nobody wants to see that side of my self, it is down right miserable.
Over the last week I have been on a mission to eat breakfast every single morning, I would be lying if I didn't admit the struggle I have in the morning. However, come 10:00 a.m. I feel amazing, no ravines hunger and I actually seem to have more energy. I guess Mom was right when she said I need to eat breakfast!
