Ingredients To Gather:
- 7 cups potatoes
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- Homemade Red Robin Seasoning or substitute the following 4 ingredients:
- 2 T garlic powder
- 2 T Italian Seasoning
- 1 T paprika
- 1 t pepper
- salt to taste
Instructions To Follow:
- Scrub the potatoes well.
- Slice them into potato wedges (I left the skins).
- Place the potatoes in the slow cooker.
- Stir in the olive oil.
- Cook on high for approximately 3 hours or until soft in the center of the fry, stirring every hour.

Do you leave the lid on? I would think they would get soggy if you left the lid on but I’m not sure they would cook if I keep the lid off.

Why not bake them in the oven?
I hate when the headline makes claims and the recipe is different.

really—what is olive oil if not oil.
I am not going to wait 3 hours to eat fries. Fry them or put them in the oven, and they still are using oil.lolol
Use air cooker ! They taste very good!

Or you can just drive through Culberts and pick them up…..delicious
They fried them with “NO OIL WHATSOEVER” then I see the recipe calls for olive oil.
