
This mini Reubens recipe makes about twenty-four appetizers but you can double the ingredients if you want more. They take between eleven and thirteen minutes to cook. You won't have to wait long to try them!

24 slices cocktail rye bread
½ cup thousand island dressing
18 oz. can sauerkraut
¼ lb. corned beef
1 ½ cups Swiss cheeseThe Step By Step Directions To Follow:
Spread each slice with ¾ teaspoon Thousand Island
Divide sauerkraut among slices.
Top with corned beef; sprinkle with 1 tablespoon cheese.
Place 12 Reubens on tray. Cook 11 – 13 minutes at U=9, L=9, M=1
Repeat with remaining Reubens.
