
This amazing French dip recipe makes enough for about ten servings so there should be plenty for everyone to enjoy. If rib eye loin is too expensive you can use sirloin instead and it will taste just as great.

The Ingredients To Gather:
- 1 Tablespoon Kosher Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Black Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon Thyme
- 1 whole Boneless Ribeye Loin
- 2 Onions
- 5 cloves Garlic
- 1 whole Packet French Onion Soup Mix (dry)
- 1 can Beef Consomme
- 1 cup Beef Broth Or Beef Stock
- 1/4 cup Dry Sherry Or White Wine
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 cup Water
- 10 Deli, sub Rolls
The Step By Step Directions To Follow:
- Preheat oven to 475 degrees. Tie piece of meat tightly with couple of pieces of kitchen twine.
- Mix salt, pepper, oregano, thyme.
- Rub it over surface of beef. Place beef on roasting rack in roasting pan, roast to medium-rare, 20- 25 minutes, until it registers 125 degrees. Remove meat to cutting board, cover with foil.
- Return roasting pan to stovetop burner over medium-high heat. Add onions, garlic, stir for 5 minutes, until they are soft and golden.
- Sprinkle in soup mix, pour in consomme, broth, sherry, Worcestershire, soy, water. Bring to boil, reduce heat to low. Simmer 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour liquid through a fine mesh strainer, reserve both liquid, onions.
