Things You Will Need:
- 4 Pounds brisket
- 1 Teaspoon salt
- 2 Teaspoons dry mustard
- 2 Teaspoons paprika
- 1/8 Teaspoon pepper
- 1 Teaspoon garlic powder
How To Prepare:
- Place dry rub mixture over meat and place inside the crock pot on low setting. After about 12 hours you will have your favorite brisket ready to slice.
Note: Don't forget to let the meat rest before slicing. This gives the brisket a moment to breathe, so to speak, and reabsorb all of those delicious juices. Buy some french rolls and consider having leftovers to make sandwiches the next day.
