Instead of getting a mouthful of chocolate like you would expect from a regular brownie; these taste more like a Strawberry cookie.

On a hot summer day these are perfect to lay out next to the pool with because they will not dry out your mouth and make you thirsty. The Strawberry Brownie Bars are either served with a large scoop of ice cream on top or by themselves.

This recipe is hard to mess up because it's incredibly easy to make… besides, once you find out how to make them you are going to have an instant favorite.

They only take about 20 minutes to cook and that's from start to finish.
