- 1/4 c. vegetable oil, 1 tbsp.
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp. ginger
- 3/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 lb. flank steak
- 1/4 c. corn starch
- 4 scallions
- lettuce
The Step By Step Directions To Follow:
- Heat oil. Add garlic, ginger, cook , 2 minutes. Add soy sauce, water, brown sugar.
- Boil, reduce heat, simmer until reduced , 10 -12 minutes.
- Heat oil.
- Toss steak, corn starch, coat. Sear steak, 3 – 4 minutes.
- Combine sauce, scallions simmer.
