Have You Ever Wondered Why Sometimes Your Steak Is Served With Herb Butter? Find Out What It Does!

This incredible butter with t-bone steak makes enough for four servings but you can always double the ingredients if you want more. You can make as much of this herb butter as you want. You can use any combination of your favorite herbs and spices and it will taste amazing.

Let's Get Started!

The Ingredients To Gather: 

  • 2 sticks Salted Butter
  • 1/3 cup Parsley
  • 1  Lemon
  • Garlic, Salt, Pepper, Any Mix Of Herbs, Crushed Red Pepper, Paprika, Etc. (optional)
  • 4 Steaks
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • Butter, For Frying

The Step By Step Directions To Follow:

  1. Place  softened butter in  bowl of mixer . Whip  butter until  fluffy. Add parsley, t lemon zest,  juice of half  lemon. Mix it until  combined, . Add more parsley, more lemon juice, or salt and pepper if you'd like.
  2. Lay piece of plastic wrap on top of apiece of foil. Scoop  butter mixture in a strip down middle of plastic wrap. Pull one side of the aluminum foil/plastic wrap over  butter, squeezing the foil to form  into log. Continue to roll  log of butter into  roll, twist the ends  until they become taught.
  3. Place butter into  fridge so it will harden, or into  freezer if you need to speed along the process.
  4. Salt,   pepper both sides of  steak. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in skillet over medium-high heat, fry steaks until medium rare,  2 minutes per side
  5. Remove  steaks from  skillet, lay   slice of hotel butter on top of each steak to melt.
