
Eat and enjoy this wonderfully tender, warm pork rib dish! Just smelling it, as the aroma wafts out of your kitchen window will make you the envy of the neighborhood!
For The Ribs Ingredients & Seasoning
- 2 racks pork spareribs
- 2 Tbs. light brown sugar
- Kosher salt
The Glaze To Top It Off With
- 1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh ginger
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 Tbs. vinegar
- 1 Tbs. sesame oil
How To Cook & Prepare The Ribs
- Heat the oven to 325°F.
- In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar, 1 Tbs. salt, the sesame oil, and 5-spice powder, and rub over the ribs.
- Roast until the ribs brown and become tender, about 2 hours.
Top this with a delicious ginger and garlic glaze and it will be a mouth-watering sensation!
We’ve always said, if time and the unknown throws you pork, fresh ginger, garlic and canola oil – turn it into pork spare ribs! Why go for a pork chop when you can take on a whole rack of ribs?
