When we think of baked potatoes we have a certain image in our minds. We see a piping potato, split down the middle with a pat of butter and maybe even some sour cream, chives and a mild dusting of salt. It’s a great image, tasty and comfortable.
But hardly unique or special.
Let’s try something a bit different, something you can serve the family that just make them really respect the tried and true baked potato!
You’ll know it’s great as you prepare it and later when you see the expressions on your family’s faces. After a while they will probably tell you to make this dish once or twice a week. And you won’t mind because it’s pretty darn easy!
