
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 head green cabbage, cut into 4 wedges
1 pinch garlic powder, or to taste
1 pinch red pepper flakes, or to taste
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
2 lemons, halved
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
Wash and halve your cabbage.
Glaze your Olive Oil and seasonings all over the cabbage.
Add a ¼ cup of water to the bottom of the oven-safe dish so that the bottom does not burn.
Bake for 15 minutes or until tender.
Make sure that you turn your cabbage over at least once so that it has a chance to marinate in the seasonings.
