
As busy people anything that can make a meal quick and easy is always a plus. Certainly we still want it healthy and have nutritional value but not everyone can run about the kitchen, making bacon, eggs and toast then hope to get the spouse and kids off to work and school in the five minutes! With breakfast Popsicles you add your own favorite fruits, some vanilla yogurt (or your favorite flavor) let it freeze and when you need to leave- you still got breakfast!
This is igneous and so simple. I’m not certain why we did not think of it before!
Don't limit yourself to just fruit and yogurt – you can add in some granola, chocolate and even nuts for a delicious taste!
