This incredible homemade Greek yogurt recipe makes enough for two servings. You can use any kind of plain yogurt that you have on hand. It takes only five minutes to prepare but two hours or longer to be ready because it has to chill in the fridge and thicken.

The Ingredients To Gather:

  • 2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 coffee filter

The Step By Step Directions To Follow:

1. Place coffee filter paper in filter cone, and filter cone in bowl.
2. Spoon entire container of yogurt into filter cone.
3. Leave yogurt in fridge for at least two hours, as long as overnight.
4. Throw away water accumulated in bowl.
5. Scoop yogurt out of filter cone into a bowl.
