I Have The Perfect Cream Cheese Frosting Recipe For You!

This Is For A Basic Cream Cheese Frosting Recipe. You Can Get A Little Creative & Add In Some Hazelnut Or Almond Extract Into The Mix When You Want Have A Slight Tinge Of Flavor. It's Time To Get Creative!

Let's Start Whipping This Stuff Up…

The Ingredients To Gather:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, cut into pieces, room temperature
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

The Step By Step Directions To Follow:

  1. Place cream cheese in a medium mixing bowl. Using a rubber spatula, soften cream cheese.
  2. Gradually add butter, and continue beating until smooth and well blended.
  3. Sift in confectioners' sugar, and continue beating until smooth.
  4. Add vanilla and stir to combine.

Finished!

I Added ½ A Teaspoon To The Frosting To Make It A Little More Tart & A Half Of A Half Pinch Of Salt But This Was For A Lemon Cake That Needed A Good Frosting. There Are So Many Variations On How To Make This Cake Topper ~ It's Hard To Mess This Stuff Up!
