This recipe serves four adults. The portions all about how big your chops are. You can either serve this with the topping generously poured on or in a side dish. We prefer to have the sauce glazed over our meat since it really picks up the flavor.
Let's Get Started…
The Ingredients To Gather:
-
1 cup orange juice
-
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
-
2 tablespoons minced fresh basil
-
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
-
1/2 teaspoon pepper
-
4 bone-in pork loin chops
-
2 tablespoons butter
-
1 tablespoon cornstarch
-
2 tablespoons cold water
The Step By Step Directions To Follow:
1. Combine the first five ingredients; set aside. In a large skillet, brown pork chops in butter. Add orange juice mixture. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 6-8 minutes.
2. Remove pork to a serving platter and keep warm. Combine cornstarch and cold water until smooth; stir into skillet. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.
