Make sure to chop all of the ingredients before throwing them into the mixture. A lot of the ingredients are there for flavor so if you have other seasonings and sauces you'd like to throw in by all means do!

Ingredients To Gather

  • 1 rib celery, coarsely chopped

  • 1/2 onion, coarsely chopped

  • 1/2 red bell pepper, coarsely chopped

  • 4 white mushrooms, coarsely chopped

  • 3 cloves garlic, coarsely chopped

  • 2 1/2 pounds ground chuck

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 egg, beaten

  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs

  • 2 teaspoons salt

  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  • 1 cup plain bread crumbs

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

After You Have Your Ingredients Together It Is Time To Start Mixing Everything Together & Making The Glaze That Is Generously Poured On Top.

Here Is What You Are Going To Need For The Glaze…

The Glaze Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Now That You Have All Of The Ingredients For The Meatloaf & The Glaze It Is Time To Start Baking.

Before you start mixing everything in a bowl there are some important steps to remember for this recipe. First of all, this is not your ordinary meatloaf. The way you have to chop the vegetables and mince everything has to be done this exact way.

    Mine tops this one. I use 1 lb ground pork. I put hard boil eggs in center, then the awesome part is wrapped n BACON!!!! Yummy and moist. Plus the surprise in the middle. Yummy
