I really don’t want to wait for my oven to heat up and then heat ip the kitchen just to cook bacon. I always cook mine in the microwave and it comes out perfectly crisp in about 5 minutes.

I ALWAYS cook my bacon in microwave. I place it onto 3 paper towels, and then cover it with wax paper to prevent splash. Depends on how many you put in there I usually do 3. It only takes about 2 or 3 minutes, I watch as I go, so as to get it the way I want.

It’s a square pan with ridges made for cooking bacon. It’s a little higher on one end so the grease flows to the side and goes into a “well” area. I cover it with paper towels to keep down the splatters. I have no idea where I got the microwave dish, it’s very old. I’ve seen similar dishes at Wal Mart, Target, etc.
