
These incredible enchiladas make enough for about six servings. They take about twenty minutes to prepare and another twenty to twenty-five minutes to bake.

The Ingredients To Gather:
1 lb. ground beef
3/4 cup onions
2 garlic cloves
1 can Green Chiles
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 cans Enchilada Sauce
8 corn tortillas
4 oz. Mexican cheese blend
Sour cream, if desired
The Step By Step Directions To Follow:
1 Heat oven to 375°F. Cook beef, onions, garlic. Drain. Add green chiles, salt, pepper; mix. Remove from heat.
2 Pour 1 can of sauce in bottom of ungreased dish
The Additional Directions To Follow:
Put four of your tortillas in your dish making them overlap just a little bit. Top tortillas with the beef and then put other four tortillas over the top. Add sauce to your tortillas and top all of it with your cheese. Allow to bake for twenty-five minutes or until done.
