Lightly Crusted & Baked To A Crispy Perfection – These Pork Chops Are Our New Favorite

This pork chop recipe makes enough for four servings but you can always double the ingredients if you want more. They take about fifteen minutes to prepare and another fifteen minutes to cook. You will be enjoying these delicious pork chops in no time!

The Ingredients To Gather:

  • 4 pork chops
  • ½ teaspoon fine sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¾ cup  flour
  • ½ cup cooking oil

The Step By Step Directions To Follow:

  1. Combine  salt, and black pepper. Rub all over the pork chops.
  2. Let it stay for 15 minutes for the flavors to get absorbed.
  3. Meanwhile, combine the flour, garlic powder, and paprika in a large resealable Ziploc or freezer bag.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Heat the cooking oil in a wide pan.
  6. While the oil is heating-up, light;y dredge the pork chops in the flour mixture until the entire slice is completely covered.
  7. Pan fry each side for 5 to 7 minutes in low to medium heat.
  8. Note: do not fry in high heat to avoid the pork chops from getting burnt easily.
  9. It can also quickly cook the outer part, but the inside might still be uncooked.
  10. Transfer to a serving plate.
