The Ingredients To Gather:
- 20 oz chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 15-20 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/3 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 3 sprigs thyme, optional
- Salt, to taste
- black pepper
- Pinch of paprika
The Step By Step Directions To Follow:
- Season chicken salt, pepper.
- Heat skillet on medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- Fry chicken until both surfaces become crispy.
- Remove chicken from skillet.
- Discard chicken fat from skillet. Add remaining olive oil, saute garlic until light brown.
The Additional Directions To Follow:
- Place the chicken into the skillet once again and combine it with your chicken broth, wine, and your yogurt.
- Stir in the last four ingredients.
- Allow your sauce to be reduced just a little.
- Then take the skillet off of the heat.
