Make Breakfast Better With This Easy To Follow Recipe For Eggs Benedict With A Rich Hollandaise Sauce

This amazing Eggs Benedict makes enough for four servings but you can always double the ingredients if you want more. This Hollandaise sauce uses some cayenne pepper to give it a spicy kick but if you want it more mild, feel free to leave that out.

The Ingredients To Gather:

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon  black pepper
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 4 English muffins
  • 8 slices cooked ham
  • 8 poached eggs
  • 8 teaspoons butter

The Step By Step Directions To Follow:

1. In blender, pulse egg yolks with lemon juice.

2. Pour in  melted butter in  slow, stream. Blend until  sauce is thick,  30 seconds – 1 minute.

3. Add  salt, pepper cayenne; pulse.

4.  Spread  soft butter onto each English muffin half.

5. Place 2 halves on  plate, top with 2 ham slices, egg. Pour Hollandaise sauce on top.
