Never Worry Again About How To Season Your Steak ~ This Marinade Is The Bomb!

This steak marinade is guaranteed to knock your dinner out of the park tonight. Who would have thought this marinade would be so completely simple to whip up and the return on flavor is unbelievable.

Let's Get Started…

Things You Will Need:

  • 1/3 cup soy sauce

  • 1/2 cup olive oil

  • Pompeian Olive Oil Extra Virgin

  • 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice

  • Lemons Organic Medium

  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons garlic powder

  • 3 tablespoons dried basil

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes

  • 1 teaspoon ground white pepper

  • 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (optional)

  • 1 teaspoon dried minced garlic (optional)

How To Prepare:

  1. Combine all of the above listed ingredients into a blender over high speed and mix for about thirty seconds.

  2. Put your meat in a ziploc bag and pour the marinade in. Refrigerate for about eight hours before you cook.

Finished!

Note: You can also use this on other types of meat as a marinade. Personally, my family loves using it with chicken and pork also.

Happy Marinating!

I would typically never marinade a steak. I serve it with a nice sauce,Demi-glacé, red wine reduction, bernaise These sauces compliment the richness of the beef. Soy sauce will actually take the moisture out of the steak. It has a high sodium level that will draw out the liquid from the steak essentially making it dry. If any flavor is to be added. I use a good oil and chopped garlic. Heavily salt and pepper just before you sear or grill it. I like the way beef taste.
