Michael Sauer what do you think of this?
I would typically never marinade a steak. I serve it with a nice sauce,Demi-glacé, red wine reduction, bernaise These sauces compliment the richness of the beef. Soy sauce will actually take the moisture out of the steak. It has a high sodium level that will draw out the liquid from the steak essentially making it dry. If any flavor is to be added. I use a good oil and chopped garlic. Heavily salt and pepper just before you sear or grill it. I like the way beef taste.
Don’t think so. Looks like overkill. Enjoy all that olive oil and herbs and lemon…lemon on steak.. Its not fish…you aint from Texas!
