1 onion, minced

1/2 cup chile sauce

1/2 cup water

2 tablespoons vinegar

2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
How To Prepare:
- Start off by browning your meat on all sides, then season with salt and pepper, and paprika.
- Next, you're going to combine your onion, chile sauce, water and vinegar, then pour directly over your chicken in the pressure cooker.
- Pop a lid on your cooker, and continue to cook covered for about 15 minutes.
