Dress Up Your Noodles To Take Your Pasta To The Next Level
After trying this recipe I don't understand why I ever ate plain noodles in the first place. I mean, seriously, they just seem so boring after having enjoyed this recipe. I absolutely can't get enough of the aromatics of garlic and onion in this and the touch of truffle oil makes me feel like I'm dining at a four star restaurant. Moving forward, this is the standard for any recipe that involves pasta. You can eat it just like this, or add this step to any of your pasta recipes.
One day I was making spaghetti with meat sauce and I got to thinking about how many different ways my family loves to enjoy this meal. One prefers sauce on the side. One prefers LOTS of sauce. One doesn't like any sauce. For my one child that doesn't like sauce, it seems unfair to make them just eat noodles. That's when I thought to dress the pasta and serve the sauce separate.
This sauce is so good you just might want to eat it seperatly. Whenever I make this I am always pouring extra; the best part about this sauce is that it tastes even better the next day!

Becoming Kari Jane – Read the label and just make sure it comes from Italy (second choice, France). You don’t need quantity because you use drops at a time, you need quality. A 2 to 3 oz bottle will be less than $20. That sounds expensive but it will last a while.
Also, delish in a white cheddar mac & cheese, veggie puzza, and parm garlic bread.
That’s why I go to comments first. 🙂
Should last indefinitely if you keep it in a cool, dry, dark cabinet. Wipe the bottle opening after each use so cap keeps contents airtight. I use vacu-vin wine corks.
I was just gonna say…”who eats just plain noodles”…ooooh this was ploy to click on here…welp im gone..
Kinda over done for me on this one.
No professional chef uses truffle oil, in fact most of them will tell you to never buy it. Its not made with truffles and its too ovee powering, just as bad as using cooking sherry
I don’t eat them plain, but egg noodles with butter are good
I thought it kept the noodles from sticking together. I always do it, but I heard that the sauce doesn’t stick to the pasta as well, so I’ll stop doing it
Stefanie Aviles The trick to keeping pasta from sticking together, is to stir the pasta for the first minute or two. Just keep it moving. Have lots of water, too. Fettuccine, and other wide noodles are notorious for sticking. Penne and mostaccioli types don’t need as much water as the long pasta types.
Can someone please post the recipe? The article was a bunch of rambling and click bait I never did just find the recipe in one spot. It was like all over the place. Why do they do that? So annoying! Not even worth going through the trouble. What are they trying to accomplish by annoying the reader? Gosh!

Is that garlic bread with garlic pasta? Is Dracula coming for dinner? I’m in, hard to have too much of a good thing!
Try plain yogurt with garlic on pasta. Sprinkle with Parmesan if desired. Eat cold. My husband is Lebanese and we eat it that way all the time. Delicious refreshing especially in the summer with a nice salad
I can’t get to the recipe I just keep getting ads so I’ve given up
Thanks
