Dress Up Your Noodles To Take Your Pasta To The Next Level
After trying this recipe I don't understand why I ever ate plain noodles in the first place. I mean, seriously, they just seem so boring after having enjoyed this recipe. I absolutely can't get enough of the aromatics of garlic and onion in this and the touch of truffle oil makes me feel like I'm dining at a four star restaurant. Moving forward, this is the standard for any recipe that involves pasta. You can eat it just like this, or add this step to any of your pasta recipes.
One day I was making spaghetti with meat sauce and I got to thinking about how many different ways my family loves to enjoy this meal. One prefers sauce on the side. One prefers LOTS of sauce. One doesn't like any sauce. For my one child that doesn't like sauce, it seems unfair to make them just eat noodles. That's when I thought to dress the pasta and serve the sauce separate.
This sauce is so good you just might want to eat it seperatly. Whenever I make this I am always pouring extra; the best part about this sauce is that it tastes even better the next day!

Congratulations!!!
really ??? how many normal people haveTRUFFLE OIL in their cubboard huh???? I CERTAINLY DONT… and THATs what make this garlic sauce SPECIAL…. please……
Mine too.
Truffle oil is made from vegetables oil with a synthetic compound that tastes like truffles. Truffles have no oil in them and are unstable in oil, so they are not used to make truffle oil. The oil is very good though, and shelf stable so it lasts forever.
Be careful if you go into this recipe… My computer said my computer is now infected with a virus… Sure look yummy…
It was good.

Truffle oil is easy to find. Most grocery stores carry it.

My daughter won’t eat red sauce. I make pasta with bacon, onions and stewed tomatoes.
NOT NEARLY ENOUGH GARLIC.

Where is the garlic sauce recipe ? I see the first part, but can’t find the garlic sauce, the picture looks creamy. So why are you talking about marinara sauce. I have been trying to find the sauce for 15min. Isn’t worth it.

Agreed! To get the ” creaminess” reserve some of your starchy pasta water & add it to your pasta before you add your cheese. An egg yoke will help as well.
Looks good..idk what truffle oil is
I don’t either
Truffle oil isn’t really truffle oil. I’ve read elsewhere that it’s flavored with a petroleum product but I couldn’t find that info. I think it tastes awful. I have some in my cupboard I could mail you. Bleck! Lol
wow…I had no idea people even CARED about what I say…TKU everyone……I will indeed BUY some truffle oil……. 🙂 🙂
I do, white truffle oil. It is not that uncommon.
you re a doll…tku again
Don’t go here…it is bogus.
Me I have truffle oil…thanks to my husband smh that’s stuff stinks I been trying to throw it away for months
Couldn’t agree more, people shrug me off when I tell them. Oh well like u say let them waste their oil lol
Craig Hoague, I used to do it until I learned not to do it. Cook the pasta al-dente, then finish it in the sauce, or add olive oil/knob of butter after it’s drained. Voila! No sticky pasta.
Well this is about the most user unfriendly attachment i have ever run into. The popups are ridiculous
I have finished a rather small bottle, from a speciality store, around $ 8.00, but for same price bigger bottle at Walmart. And, yes, use very sparingly. I have a dish with all kinds of mushrooms in a sauce with linguini, grilled chicken on top, sprinkled with truffle oil: delicious.
Also a macaroni and cheese with crablegsmeat and a sprinkle of truffle oil. Enjoy!
Just give me the damn recipe!!!
I wish you didn’t need to peruse through many pages to get the full recipe, and each new page has a new pop up ad. No thanks.
I’ve loved this for decades. The Spaghetti Factory used to have this and it was my favorite

This site frightens me.. You get so much spam.. A recipe should not be so hard to see.

Who eats plain noodles, anyway? When im home & just want a simple meal this is what i make. I love pasta & would have it with 5 cloves of finely minced garlic sautéed in extra virgin olive oil & when done grate parmesan cheese over it & drizzle a little white truffle oil.
Truffle oil is a waste of time. Shave fresh truffles in, or do without.
Kylie will you make me this
I clicked the recipe link and it tried to install a virus on my computer
Am tired of wanting to see really interesting recipes and have to click on half a dozen pages and it’s such a let down.
