Dress Up Your Noodles To Take Your Pasta To The Next Level
After trying this recipe I don't understand why I ever ate plain noodles in the first place. I mean, seriously, they just seem so boring after having enjoyed this recipe. I absolutely can't get enough of the aromatics of garlic and onion in this and the touch of truffle oil makes me feel like I'm dining at a four star restaurant. Moving forward, this is the standard for any recipe that involves pasta. You can eat it just like this, or add this step to any of your pasta recipes.
One day I was making spaghetti with meat sauce and I got to thinking about how many different ways my family loves to enjoy this meal. One prefers sauce on the side. One prefers LOTS of sauce. One doesn't like any sauce. For my one child that doesn't like sauce, it seems unfair to make them just eat noodles. That's when I thought to dress the pasta and serve the sauce separate.
This sauce is so good you just might want to eat it seperatly. Whenever I make this I am always pouring extra; the best part about this sauce is that it tastes even better the next day!

I like all noodles though lol
Do not need rosemary or truffle oil. Have had this since I was a kid. Add chicken, or mushrooms or both. Add clams or shrimp. Add peas and asparagus etc etc. Tons of choices. Love this sauce!!!
Forget it! You make it way too hard to ever get to your recipe! No thank you to your website.
I tried to access recipe and was put onto a porn website. Reported to FB.
I do the same or if I have a slightly runny sauce I cook it just under al-dente and finish it with the sauce to obsorb some of it… oil also makes certain sauces not adhere to the pasta, extra water will help it not be stucky too, that dilutes the released starches
Look Jessi!!!
I thought the exact same thing. Haha
But it will turn rancid after a few months.

Truffle oil is wonderful
Like, love garlic
Happy Mother’s Day Sandra hope you have a good day. Love ya
Never put oil in the pasta water. Everyone knows that. It keeps the sauce from adhering
Not when the sauce is oil.
For you Carol!
My best top forc poo Asta is to not drain all the pasta water out…keeping just a little pasta water does more to prevent sticking than a bottle of oil would do
…and fewer calories
Thanks!

Troy, you kill me with these recipes! I want to eat them all, but too lazy to cook!

No it doesn’t
Yummy!!
That picture is not the recipe featured. The sauce is not that creamy.
I buy a pasta with garlic and olive oil.for 99 cents..it’s really good.
Oil is supposed to keep the pasta from sticking together, that’s what I heard
would enjoy the recipe more if you could read it and not turn page to page. And have a print optin
It looks delicious
THANK YOU!!
Sounds delicious, but don’t like rosemary.
