Our Regular Yet Classic Beefy Lasagna Just Got A Big Upgrade!

This incredible lasagna makes enough for eight servings but if you need more for a party, you can just double the ingredients. If you don't like whole wheat noodles you can always use the regular ones if you want.

Let's Get Started…

The Ingredients To Gather:

  • 12 whole wheat lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • salt and black pepper
  • 1 package cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 jars tomato-basil pasta sauce
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese

The Step By Step Directions To Follow:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Fill pot with lightly salted water, bring to boil over high heat.
  3. Add noodles a few at a time, return to boil.
  4. Cook pasta uncovered, stirring occasionally, about 10 minutes.
  5. Remove noodles to plate.
  6. Place ground beef over medium heat, add garlic, garlic powder, oregano, salt, pepper.
  7. Cook meat, 10 minutes. Drain.
  8. Mix cottage cheese, eggs,Parmesan cheese until combined.

The Additional Step By Step Directions To Follow:

  • Put four of noodles side by side in the pan.
  • Add some sauce, some beef, and the cheese mixture.
  • Add two more lawyers and top with sauce.
  • Add mozzarella cheese.
  • Place covered dish in oven and bake for thirty minutes.
  • Uncover the dish and bake for an additional ten minutes.
  • Let it cool and stand for ten minutes.
