The Blackberry Hoisin Ginger Glaze Sauce That It's Marinated & Baked With Will Blow Your Mind…
When I saw this recipe for Blackberry Tenderloin with Hoisin and Ginger I knew I’d found something that would make everyone happy. Cooking nightly dinners for the family is tough. If your brood is anything like mine they probably each have an opinion.
My favorite is skirt steak cooked medium rare. Though easy to prepare and cost effective, my youngest will only stomach a few bites and only after we threaten her with no more television for the rest of the night.
Surprisingly, the one thing we all agree on is pork! You would think my kids would have an issue with having Wilbur for dinner, but it’s quite the opposite. They love it! And since it’s my favorite I try and find a way to get it on our table at least once a week.
You are going to be blown away by this surprising pairing. Pork with a delicious berry sauce that is absolutely to die for.

Yum
Can fresh ( but frozen ) berries be used, and the measurement? Sound delicious!!!!
Sure you can but I would use some sort of sweetener as the preserves would have sugar in it. I would most likely use an Agave nector or honey to sweeten the berries. The sweetness works well with Hoisin.
This came out amazing!
