Here Is What You Need In Order To Get Started On The Caramel Peanut Butter Pie With Chocolate Ganache…

The Ingredients To Gather:

  3. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven. Allow to cool completely.
  4. Simmer 1/3 cup heavy cream. Remove from heat. Stir in the chocolate chips until smooth. Set aside.
  5. Add peanut butter and cream cheese to mixer fitted with the paddle. Mix until creamy.
  6. 1/2 cup sugar. Beat until fluffy. No graininess when rubbed between fingers. Set aside.
  7. Clean bowl: Whip cream until it begins to thicken. Slowly add 1/3 cup sugar as you whip the cream until fluffy. No over-beating.
  8. Carefully fold half of whipped cream into peanut butter mixture. Do not deflate cream.

You will want to chill the above about 10 or 15 minutes after construction then spoon the chocolate ganache on top of the caramel then cool for ten more minutes.

Afterwards add the peanut butter mixture and top with the left over chocolate and crushed pretzels and you are done.
