If you're hosting a Sunday funday and wings are a must, but your not sure you have time, these slow cooker buffalo wings are just what you need. They practically make themselves.
Let's Get Started…
Things You Will Need:
- 2 lb. chicken wings
- 1 c. buffalo wing sauce
- 1 packet Ranch seasoning
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Fresh chives, for serving
- Ranch dressing, for serving
How To Prepare:
- Toss wings into crock pot.
- Now it's time to make the sauce! Combine buffalo sauce, ranch packet, salt and pepper.
- Pour sauce over wings, making sure the sauce coats all of the wings evenly.
- Cover and cook on high for about three hours.
- Just before the timer goes off, heat the broiler. Line baking sheets with parchment paper and place wings on top. Blast in the broiler so they can crisp up, this should only take about five minutes, so don't go anywhere.
Note: Garnish with chives and serve with your favorite dipping sauce. My family LOVES ranch, but I'm a blue cheese kinda girl when it comes to buffalo chicken. I also love having crispy celery to nosh on at the same time.
