Skip The Fork & Break Out The Graham Crackers For Our Coconut Key Lime Cheesecake Dip

This incredible key lime cheesecake dip makes enough for twenty servings so there should be plenty for everyone to enjoy. It takes about two minutes to cook but about thirty minutes before it is ready because it needs to cool in the fridge.

Let's Get Started…

The Ingredients To Gather:

1/2 teaspoon butter
1/2 cup coconut flakes
8 oz cream cheese
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup key lime juice
Zest of 1 lime
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon sugar
Graham crackers, cookies, or fruit to dip

The Step By Step Directions To Follow:

1 Melt butter in frying pan. Toast coconut flakes over medium-low heat 5 minutes, until browned. Cool.

2  Combine cream cheese, milk, key lime juice, mix with  hand mixer until smooth.

3 Fold in  coconut,  half the zest.  Reserving 1 Tablespoon for garnishing.

4  Whip heavy whipping cream, sugar until soft peaks form. Fold whipped cream into cheesecake mixture.

5 Refrigerate 15-30 minutes.

Serve & Enjoy!
